摘  要:分别以改性Beta分子筛、ZSM-5分子筛以及两者按不同比例复配的分子筛作为载体的酸性组分,采用等体积浸渍法制备Ni-Mo-P型加氢裂化催化剂,分别记为CAT-B、CAT-Z、CAT-BZ。利用BET比表面积测定、X射线衍射(XRD)、氨程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、吡啶吸附红外光谱(Py-IR)及氢程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等技术手段对催化剂样品进行系列表征分析。以四氢萘为模型化合物,在固定床连续加氢装置上考察制备的分子筛型加氢裂化催化剂的反应性能。研究结果表明:改性Beta分子筛和ZSM-5分子筛复配的催化剂CAT-BZ-3具有较适宜的比表面积和孔结构,相比于催化剂CAT-B和CAT-Z具有优异的酸量和酸强度,并且其表面的活性金属易于还原,在载体上的分散性较好。对催化剂进行活性评价认为,分子筛复配制得的催化剂具有较高的四氢萘加氢裂化催化活性,其中催化剂CAT-BZ-3的四氢萘转化率及BTX选择性最高。The Ni-Mo-P type hydrocracking catalysts,named CAT-B,CAT-Z and CAT-BZ respectively,were prepared by isometric impregnation method using modified Beta,ZSM-5 molecular sieve and the compound molecular sieves with different ratios of modified Beta and ZSM-5 molecular sieve as carriers.The catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD,NH3-TPD,Py-IR and H2-TPR.The reactivity of the prepared zeolite hydrocracking catalysts was investigated on a fixed bed continuous hydrogenation unit using tetralin as the model compound.The results showed that CAT-BZ-3 catalyst with compound molecular sieve had better specific surface area and pore structure,also had excellent acid and acid strength,the surface of the active metal was easy to restore,and the dispersion on the carrier was better,compared with those catalysts with CAT-B and CAT-Z as carriers.Furthermore,compound catalysts had higher catalytic activity of tetralin hydrocracking,and CAT-BZ-3′s conversion of tetralin and BTX selectivity were both the highest.
