摘 要:电缆与附件复合介质界面的电荷特性,不仅与复合介质界面极化机理有关,也受到高场强下电极注入电荷的影响。另外,电缆与附件界面涂覆料也会影响界面电荷的积聚和消散特性。文中基于附件安装工艺中常用的普通硅脂和氟化硅脂两种硅脂涂覆料,测量了交联聚乙烯/三元乙丙橡胶(XLPE/EPDM)复合介质在不同硅脂涂覆下,外施不同极性电压时界面电荷积聚和消散特性,通过体预压和界面击穿试验探讨了界面残余电荷对界面击穿电压的影响规律。研究结果表明:涂覆氟化硅脂试样的界面电荷量多于涂覆普通硅脂试样。且涂覆氟化硅脂时,界面残余正电荷的衰减速率远高于界面残余负电荷的衰减速率。另外,当界面残余电荷极性与界面针电极极性一致时,有利于提高界面击穿电压,反之亦然。界面涂覆氟化硅脂试样的界面击穿电压均低于涂覆普通硅脂试样。The charges existing at the interface between cable and accessory will be influenced by interfacial polarization mechanism as well as charge injection from electrode under high electrical field. Additionally, silicone greases coated at the interface also affect the charge accumulation and decay characteristic. Based on two kinds of common-used silicone greases such as common silicone grease and fluorinated silicone grease, the charge behaviors at the cross-linked polyethylene/ethylene prophylene diene methylene(XLPE/EPDM) interface were measured under different voltage polarities. Then the charge behaviors affecting the interfacial breakdown were investigated by the bulk pre-stress and interfacial breakdown experiment. The tests result show that the amount of interface charges in the samples coated with fluorinated silicone grease are much more than that in the samples coated with common silicone grease. Moreover, when the interface is coated with fluorinated silicone grease, the decay rate of interfacial charge with positive polarity is much faster than that with negative polarity. The interfacial breakdown will be improved when the polarity of the interfacial remnant charge is same as the polarity of needle electrode at the interface, and vice versa. Furthermore, the interfacial breakdown voltages of the samples coated with fluorinated silicone grease are all lower than those of the samples coated with common silicone grease.
