摘  要:在矿山安全评价中指标权重的确定大多依赖专家经验知识,但由专家直接赋权,容易受到主观因素的影响。为减少权重分配对评价结果的主观影响,通过SHEL理论建立评价体系,由多名专家对评价体系一级指标进行评分,通过将专家评分结果制作成评价信息表,同时运用粗糙集条件信息熵来进行运算,获得最终权重。该权重确定方法即有粗糙集的客观计算,又利用信息表将专家经验知识融入其中,得到的结果不会受到某一专家主观因素的影响,较为客观准确。In the evaluation of mine safety, the determination of the index weight mostly depends on the experiences and knowledge of experts, which is easily affected by subjective factors because of direct weight of experts. To reduce the subjective influence of weights distribution on evaluation results, an evaluation system was established by SHEL theory. Grade I indexes of the system were scored by several experts. Then, according to the scoring results, the evaluation information table was made and calculated by conditional information entropy of rough set, so as to get the final weight. The weighting method not only had objective calculation of rough set, but also combined experts' experience and knowledge into the information table, so that the results were more objective and accurate, which would not be affected by the subjective factor of a certain expert.
