从中医经典名方命名解析古代方剂命名规律

摘　　要：从有代表性的中医医籍、方书中遴选出531首经典名方作为研究对象,采用文献学和统计学的方法,从文化语言学的角度,深入挖掘方剂名称所蕴含的文化内涵,对经典方剂命名规律进行总结与提炼。研究表明,方剂的命名离不开药材、功效、药味、剂量、颜色、服药时间、文化等几种最为相关的命名因素,其中药材与功效是方剂命名的重中之重,对经典名方命名规律的研究可对新时期中药新药命名的规范化提供参考。A total of 531 classical and famous prescriptions from ancient representative medical books and prescription books were selected as research objects. Using the methods of philology and statistics,from the perspective of cultural linguistics,the cultural connotation of the name of the prescription was deeply explored,and the naming rules of the classical prescriptions were summarized and refined. Studies have shown that the naming of prescriptions is inseparable from the most relevant naming factors such as medicinal materials,efficacy,medicinal taste,dosage,color,time of administration,culture,etc. Among them,medicinal materials and efficacy are the most important factors for naming the formula. Research on naming laws of classical famous formula can provide reference for the standardization of naming of new Chinese materia medica in the new era.
