摘  要:对发生腐蚀穿孔的某石化公司烯烃厂E -BA1 1 1乙烯裂解炉进料预热段出口管进行了宏观腐蚀形貌分析 ,通过对腐蚀产物的X射线衍射相成分分析、出口管材料的化学成分和金相组织分析 ,指出进料预热出口管腐蚀穿孔的主要原因是 :裂解炉在线清焦过程中由于蒸汽吹扫不彻底 ,导致残存的高硫裂解原料与清焦空气及水蒸气发生反应形成硫酸而发生了露点腐蚀。In order to investigate the reason for the corrosion leakage of outlet pipe of preheating stage in ethylene cracking furnace BA-111, the macro corrosive appearance of it was analyzed in this paper. The phase components of the corrosive products were analyzed by X radial diffraction and the chemical compounds and microstructure of the pipe were also inspected in this thesis. The analysis results showed that the main reason of corrosion leakage of the pipe was the dew point corrosion of the sulfuric acid which was produced during the on-line decoking of the ethylene cracking furnace.
