我国中文医学期刊在PubMed数据库中的收录及数据展示分析

摘　　要：【目的】对我国中文医学期刊在PubMed数据库中的收录及数据展示现状进行分析,为进一步提高期刊国际影响力提供参考。【方法】检索PubMed数据库中收录的中文医学期刊,对其基本信息、PubMed收录时间及在PubMed上的展示现状(数据更新时间、摘要语种、DOI和全文链接)进行分析,并探讨中文医学期刊与国际高影响力期刊(CA-A Cancer Journal for Clinicians)在数据展示方面的差异。【结果】PubMed收录的中文医学期刊以月刊居多,收录高峰期为1997年,2008年后逐渐减少;其中,35种PubMed收录期刊对文献数据进行了及时更新,25种采用中英双语摘要,32种标注了DOI,27种提供了全文链接。与中文医学期刊相比,CA-A Cancer Journal for Clinicians的文献均采用了提前在线出版方式。【结论】我国中文医学期刊被PubMed数据库收录的数量较少,而且已被收录的期刊在文献更新速度和内容方面尚需进一步改进。提前在线出版是我国中文医学期刊与国际高影响力期刊在数据展示方面的主要差距。[Purposes]This study aims to analyze the present status of inclusion and data presentation of Chinese medical journals in PubMed database,and to provide references for the improvement of international influence. [Methods]Chinese medical journals in PubMed were retrieved. Basic information,inclusion time,and display status（document update time,language of abstract,DOI,and full-text links） of Chinese medical journals in PubMed were analyzed,and the difference between CA-A Cancer Journal for Clinicians and Chinese medical journals was explored. [Findings] The number of Chinese medical journals indexed by PubMed was mainly issued monthly,with the peak of indexed in 1997 and gradual decline after 2008. In 60 Chinese medical journals,35 journals are updated in a timely manner,25 journals are available with bilingual abstracts（Chinese and English）,32 journals are labeled with DOI,and 27 journals are provided with full-text links. Compared with Chinese medical journals,CA-A Cancer Journal for Clinicians adopts e Pub ahead of print. [Conclusions] The number of Chinese medical journals indexed by PubMed database is relatively small,and some Chinese medical journals in PubMed database should accelerate their document update and enrich the contents. The e Pub ahead of print is the main difference of data presentation between Chinese medical journals and international journals with high impact.
