摘 要:以正方形挤压凹模为例,运用有限元仿真模拟软件Deform-3D对凹模进行应力分析,在凹模应力集中研究中引入理论应力系数KT,提出拟合KT值与凹模拐角处圆角半径R之间的函数关系,以此达到定量研究凹模应力集中程度的目的。试验结果与分析表明,KT值的引入能更准确描述凹模应力集中程度的变化规律,并拟合得到KT值与R的函数关系,对比分析表明,拟合函数能很好地表达圆角半径变化对凹模应力集中程度的影响规律,达到定量研究的目的。Taking the square extrusion die as an example, the stress of the die was ana- lyzed by the finite element simulation software Deform-3D. The theoretical stress coeffi- cient Kr was adopted in the stress concentration research of the concave die for the first time, and the function relationship between the fitting Kr value and the comer radius R at the comer of the die was innovatively proposed, so as to achieve the quantitative research of the stress concentration of the die. The experience result and analysis showed that the Kr value could describe the change law of stress concentration more accurately, and fit the function relationship between Kr value and R. The comparison analysis showed that the fit- ting function could express the influence law of the change of the circle radius to the stress concentration degree of the die. Finally, the purpose of quantitative research was achieved,
