摘　　要：随着我国高校毕业生就业竞争日趋激烈,学生就业面临严峻形势,现阐述材料成型及控制工程专业教师指导大学生职业规划实践,重点探索专业教师如何指导和培养不同年级的学生,使在校学生能够以市场需求为导向,理性地规划自身未来的发展,使他们能主动、高效学习,在学习过程中自觉地提高就业能力和生涯管理能力。With the increasingly fierce competition in the employment of college graduates, the employment of students was facing severe situation. It explained that the teacher guid- ed the college students whose major was material forming and control engineering to ca- reer planning. It focused on exploring how to guide and train the college students in differ- ent grade for the professional teachers, so that students could be guided by market de- mand, and rationally plan their future development. So, the students could learn more ac- tively and efficient, and consciously improve their employability and career management skills in the learning process.
