摘 要:随着植物绝缘油逐渐应用于大型电力变压器中,其析气性成为一个关键技术指标。根据标准GB11142—1989搭建了析气性试验装置,测试了山茶油、菜籽油、FR3、PFAE、矿物油5种绝缘油的析气性,并基于甘油三酯分子结构讨论化学键对植物绝缘油析气性的影响机制。结果表明:植物绝缘油的析气倾向值均小于矿物绝缘油的析气倾向值,其中FR3的析气倾向最好。碳碳双键和碳氧双键中的π键具有较高的活性,在电场作用下容易发生加氢反应,是影响植物绝缘油吸收氢气的主要因素。With the application of vegetable insulating oil in large power transformers, the gassing property of oil has been a key technical index. According to the GB 11142—1989, a device for testing gassing property was established, and the gassing property of camellia oil, rapeseed oil, FR3 oil, PFAE oil, and mineral oil was measured. The influence mechanism of chemical bonds on the gassing property of vegetable insulating oil was study from the molecular structure of triglyceride. The results show that the gassing tendency value of vegetable oil is smaller than that of the mineral oil, and the FR3 oil has the best gassing tendency. The π bond in carbon-carbon double bond and carbon-oxygen double bond has high activity, so it is easy to be hydrogenated under the effect of electric field, which is the main factors affecting the hydrogen absorption of vegetable insulating oil.
