摘  要:对工程设计应用的铝板带热轧规程的关键工艺参数如变形温度、变形抗力及单位轧制压力等进行了分析,指出了影响铝板带热轧规程制定的关键因素,提出了适合于工程设计应用的变形抗力模型,并编制了单机架、1+X热连轧及连铸连轧等不同轧制方式的轧制规程。应用结果表明,所提出的计算方法简单可行,有效,可直接作为设备选型、工艺布置及厂房设计的主要依据。Analysis was conducted on the key process parameters in the hot rolling schedule for aluminum plate and strip based on engineering design and application,such as deformation temperature,deformation resistance and unit rolling pressure. The key factors affecting the design of aluminum plate and strip hot rolling schedule were pointed out. A calculation model of deformation resistance suitable for engineering design was presented. Rolling schedules of single stand,1 + X hot continuous rolling,continuous casting and rolling were developed afterwards. The rolling schedules for different rolling methods have been designed,such as singlestand hot rolling,1 + X continuous hot rolling,continuous casting and rolling,etc. The results show that the proposed calculation method is easy,feasible,and effective. It can be used as the main basis of equipment selection,process layout and workshop design.
