招远市健康人群发热伴血小板减少综合征血清流行病学及感染危险因素调查

摘　　要：目的了解山东省招远市健康人群发热伴血小板减少综合征(SFTS)感染现况及感染的危险因素,为科学防控提供依据。方法通过多阶段分层随机抽样方法,选择健康人群检测新型布尼亚病毒(SFTSV)Ig G。采用1∶3配对的病例对照研究,开展危险因素调查;应用条件Logistic回归分析感染危险因素。结果招远市800名健康居民中,SFTSV Ig G阳性率为2.00%,5个区域间SFTSV Ig G阳性率无统计学差异(χ2=2.213,P=0.713);招远市男性SFTSV Ig G阳性率3.58%,女性为0.86%,不同性别的阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.360,P=0.007);60岁以上SFTSV Ig G阳性率最高(4.61%),不同年龄组之间阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.876,P=0.012)。接触带有蜱虫的宠物是感染SFTSV的危险因素。结论招远市健康人群SFTSV Ig G阳性率较高,男性感染SFTSV多于女性,高年龄组人群感染率最高,人群感染SFTSV的危险因素是接触带有蜱虫的宠物。Objective To understand the status of the Seroepidemiology on severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome（SFTS） virus and risks factors for infection in Zhaoyuan healthy crowd,provide the basis for scientific prevention and control.Methods The healthy people were conducted by the method of multistage stratified random sampling and detected the SFTSV IgG. This study used 1 ∶3 matched case-control to investigate the risk factors of infection. The risk factors of infection were selected by conditional logistic regression. Results The survey was covered a total of 800 healthy people, and the positive rate of SFTSV IgG was 2.00%. Five regional of Zhaoyuan city SFTSV IgG positive difference is no statistical difference（ χ2=2.213, P =0.713）. The positive rate of male SFTSV IgG was 3.58%, and the female was 0.86%, The positive rate of different gender was statistically significant（χ2=7.360,P=0.007）. IgG positive rate of SFTSV above 60 years old was the highest（4.61%）,and the positive rate of different age group was statistically significant（χ2=10.876, P=0.012）. The risk factors of infection were contacted with pets exposed to ticks. Conclusion The positive rate of SFTSV IgG among healthy people in Zhaoyuan city is high,men have more SFTSV infections than women and infection rates are highest in the higher age groups. Contact with a tick pet is a risk factor for infection SFTSV.
