摘　　要：目的建立HPLC-ELSD法测定肠腑康胶囊A中黄芪甲苷含量。方法色谱柱:Welch UltimateXB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(38∶62);流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:30℃,漂移管温度83℃,氮气作为载气,流速:2.5 ml/min。结果肠腑康胶囊A中黄芪甲苷为1.48~8.40μg时,峰面积对数与进样量质量对数呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为102.81%,RSD为3.51%。结论建立的方法具有操作简单、准确度高、专属性强等优点,可以用于肠腑康胶囊A中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。Objective To develop a method for determination of astragalosideⅣ in Changfukang A capsule by HPLC-ELSD. Methods Welch UltimateXB-C18（4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） was used with acetonitrile-water（ 38∶62） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min, and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The temperature of drift tube was 83 ℃ and the flow rate of N_2 was 2. 5 ml/min. Results The logarithm value of injection volume had a good liner relationship with the logarithm value of peak areas when the sample quality of astragalosideⅣ was1. 48 ～ 8. 40 μg. The average recovery rate was 102. 81% with RSD = 3. 51%. Conclusion The method has the advantage of simple operation,high accuracy and speciality,which can be used for the determination of astragalosideⅣ in Changfukang A capsule.
