摘 要:以柠檬酸、尿素为前体,用甲苯、丁醇、乙醇、环丁砜等系列不同沸点的溶剂,通过反应条件温和简单的溶剂回流法一步合成了多色荧光碳点(CQDs).对所制备的碳点进行TEM、FT-IR和PL等表征,其中甲苯溶剂回流法制得的碳点荧光性能最优,具有最高的荧光强度和与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)聚合物有较好的相容性.其荧光发射峰位于475 nm,颗粒粒径为3~6 nm;采用溶剂蒸发法制成具有红、黄、绿多色荧光的CQDs/PMMA复合荧光薄膜材料,可用于新型高分子聚合物薄膜荧光材料.The multicolor fluorescent and strong photoluminescent( PL) carbon quantum dots( CQDs)were successfully synthesized via a facile and simple solvent refluxing method using citric acid and urea as precursors. The refluxing solvents were selected in different boiling points,such as toluene,ethanol,butanol and tetramethylene sulfone. The CQDs were characterized by TEM,FT-IR and PL. The results investigated clearly show that the as-synthesized CQDs refluxed by toluene solvent has prominent PL-emission performance at 475 nm with higher PL intensity and better compatability with polymethylmethacrylate( PMMA) polymer and the size of these nanoparticles is 3-6 nm. The stable photoluminescent CQDs/PMMA composite films prepared using solvent evaporation method have emission-wavelength with red,yellow and green multicolor fluorescence,which are also successfully applied in the field of novel high-molecular polymer film fluorescent material.
