摘　　要：3Cr_(24)Ni_7SiN耐热钢空腹炉辊是钢管退火炉的关键部件,在900℃～1100℃温度范围内具有良好的抗氧化性能和良好的机械性能。文章介绍了炉辊的轴向膨胀量、相对间隙、轴径实际温度及高温氧化减径量。现场实测的各种数据对设计人员及兄弟单位有一定的参考价值。3Cr24Ni7SiN heat resistant steel hollow roller is the key part of annealing furnace of steel tubes.and it has good antioxidation property and mechanic property within the range of 900C^1 00C.The paper introduces the axial inflation volume,relative space,temperature of axle neck and high temperature oxidized sizing reduction of rollers.The on-the-spot meausured data has reference for designers and brother units.
