超声药物透入中药治疗恶性腹水疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察超声药物透入腹水1号方治疗恶性腹水的临床疗效。方法选择该科2015年8月至2016年12月合并恶性腹水的肿瘤患者60例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组采用超声药物透入腹水1号方联合腹腔灌注顺铂化疗控制腹水,对照组采用超声药物透入生理盐水联合腹腔灌注顺铂化疗控制腹水。2周后行腹水B超判定疗效,观察2组患者腹水引流间隔时间、临床症状及疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率[73.33%(22/30)]明显高于对照组[56.67%(17/30)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组腹水引流间隔时间较对照组明显延长,患者乏力、腹胀、纳呆、尿量减少等症状较对照组明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无不良反应发生。结论超声药物透入腹水1号方治疗恶性腹水,疗效显著,不良反应小,值得进一步在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic drug penetration with＂Fushui-1 decoction＂in malignant ascites. Methods A total of 60 patients tumor with malignant in the hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 cases）and the control group（30 cases）.The treatment group used ultrasonic drug penetration with＂Fushui-1 decoction＂and intraperitoneal infusion of cisplatin to cure ascites,the control group replaced with saline solution in ultrasonic drug penetration,other treatments were same as the treatment group.Ascites ultrasonography were used to evaluate the curative effect after two weeks.Ascites drainage interval time,clinical symptoms and effectiveness were also observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group[73.33%（22/30）]was higher than that in the control group[56.67%（17/30）],the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The ascites drainage interval time in the treatment group was significant longer than that in the control group,the symptoms of patients withfatigue,abdominal distension,anorexia and hypourocrinia were more significantly improved in the treatment group than those in the controlled group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. There were no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conlusion Ultrasonic drug penetration with＂Fushui-1 decoction＂demonstrates a higher efficacy of malignant ascites,and the adverse effects are minor.It is worthy of further clinical application.
