摘  要:为探究腐殖酸对烟叶腺毛密度、石油醚提取物和烟叶品质的影响,在贵州遵义市正安县谢坝烟草种植区,以当地主栽品种云烟87和K326为试验材料,各设0、60、150和240 kg/hm^2 4个腐殖酸施肥水平进行大田试验。结果表明:150 kg/hm^2施肥处理下2个品种烟叶3个不同时期的腺毛密度均显著大于CK,同时烤烟的上、中、下部叶石油醚提取物含量也显著高于CK,烟叶的主要化学成分也有较好的改善,总糖和还原糖含量较CK明显增高。综合来看,腐殖酸施用量为150 kg/hm^2时,对烟叶腺毛密度、石油醚提取物和烟叶品质有较好的影响。In order to explore the effect of humic acid on the glandular density, petroleum ether extract and tobacco quality in tobacco leaves, a field experiment was conducted in the Xieba tobacco growing area of Zheng'an County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province using Yunfu 87 and K326 as the main cultivars. Set four humic acid fertilizer levels, respectively, 60 kg/hm^2, 150 kg/hm^2, 240 kg/hm^2. The results showed that 150 kg/hm^2 fertilization could significantly increase the glandular density of the two tobacco leaves at three different stages compared with CK, and the contents of the petroleum ether extract of the upper, middle and lower leaves of the two kinds of flue-cured tobacco also significantly increased, the main chemical components also improved obviously, and the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar were significantly higher than those of CK. Taken together, fertilizing humic acid 150 kg/hm^2 are good for the leaf glandular density, petroleum ether extract and tobacco quality.
