可持续生计资本对湖南省农户收入影响的实证分析

摘　　要：农民问题是"三农"问题的核心,而收入问题又是农民问题的关键。根据现有相关研究成果,农户收入高低受多种因素的影响,其中可持续生计资本作为可持续生计分析框架的重要组成部分,显著影响农户收入水平的提高。基于湖南省的调查数据,采用层次分析法与多元线性回归模型研究可持续生计资本对农户收入的影响。分析结果表明:金融资本对湖南省农户收入的影响最为显著,其次是人力资本与物质资本,再次是社会资本,而自然资本对农户收入的影响不显著。为此,建议通过完善农村基础设施、加大农村人力资源开发力度、加快农业合作社等社会组织建设、健全农业保险制度和农村金融体系等途径,改善农户可持续生计资本状况,提高农户收入水平。The focus of agricultural farmer and rural area is on the issue of farmers, and income is the key to the issue of farmers. According to the existing relevant research results, the level of income of rural households is affected by many factors, among which sustainable livelihood capital, as an important part of the sustainable livelihood analysis framework, significantly affects the income level of rural households. Based on the survey data of Hunan Province, this paper uses AHP and multiple linear regression model to study the impact of sustainable livelihood capital on farmers＇ income. The analysis results show that financial capital has the most significant impact on the income of rural households in Hunan Province, followed by human capital, material capital and social capital, and the impact of natural capital is not significant. Therefore, it is suggests that farmers＇ income can be raised by improving rural infrastructure, increasing rural human resources development, accelerating the construction of agricultural cooperatives and other social organizations, and strengthening the agricultural insurance systems and rural financial systems.
