法治环境下私人图书馆治理模式研究——以北京昌平圣学图书馆为例

摘　　要：2013年,北京昌平圣学图书馆引进法人治理模式,是我国私人图书馆治理模式改革的缩影。北京昌平圣学图书馆结合自身特点,总结出一套私人图书馆特色的治理模式,文章通过文献调查、案例分析等方法,分别从理事会架构、监管、运行、外联四个方面将北京昌平圣学图书馆的治理模式进行解析,结合公共图书馆治理的成功经验,为法治环境下私人图书馆的治理提供借鉴。In 2013, Beijing Changping Shengxue library introduced the corporate governance model, which is the epitome of the reform of China’s private library governance model. Based on the characteristics of Beijing Changping Shengxue library, a set of governance model of private library features is summarized. In this article, through the method of literature investigation, case analysis and so on, it concludes Beijing Changping Shengxue library management mode from the board of directors system, supervise, running and external connections. Furthermore, it combines the successful experience of the public library management to provide references.
