摘　　要：文章以美国《存储图书馆法》与政府数字化信息公开的实施为研究对象,分别考察了政府数字化信息公开的历史发展、实践做法、完善途径等内容。我国政府数字化信息公开应借鉴其经验,各级政府应在新闻出版机构内设立政府信息出版部门;国务院应制定《图书馆存储条例》;国家图书馆应完善"中国政府公开信息整合服务平台";国家图书馆应加强对政府信息数字化的技术支持。The paper takes the U. S. Depository Library Act and the implementation on government digital information disclosure as the research object, respectively investigates the historical development and practice methods and perfecting the way of digital information disclosure of government. The reference and revelation lies in： the all governments should set up a government publishing sector within the press and publication department; State Council should formulate Library Storage Ordinance; National Library should improve the “public information integration service platform of the Chinese government”; National Library should strengthen the technical support of government information digitalization.
