摘　　要：为提高滚焊机焊接钢筋笼的生产效率和生产质量,降低劳动强度,实现生产自动化,设计一种新型滚焊机的自动控制系统。该系统以PLC为控制核心,触摸屏为人机交互界面,能够实现对滚焊机的多轴运动自动协调控制、焊机的焊接气动系统控制以及液压系统控制等功能,极大提高了国内滚焊机的自动化水平,对其相关设备研究也具有重要意义。In order to improve Reinforcement cage quality, production efficiency and reducing working intensity by Roll Welder. We designed a new type of control system. Touchscreen as man-machine interface and PLC is the core of the control system, which is able to auto-control the multiaxial servo coordination of system, the automatic pneumatic System and the hydraulic system. Greatly enhance the automated level of seam welder in domestic , which also have great significance to studies associated equipment.
