摘　　要：300 MW锅炉燃油三用阀在实际运行中经常出现油侧、汽侧部位内漏、外漏现象,影响机组的正常启动。采取选择合适的密封材料、完善燃油三用阀结构上的一些不足、降低炉前雾化蒸汽压力等措施,避免了燃油三用阀汽侧、油侧的内漏、外漏现象的发生,保证了设备安全稳定运行。There are oil side leakage,steam side internal leakage and external leakage in the practical operation of fuel triple duty valves of 300 MW boiler frequently which affects the normal start of the unit. By adopting appropriate sealing material,improving the structure of triple duty valves and decreasing the atomization steam pressure in front of furnace,the oil side leakage,steam side internal leakage and external leakage offuel triple duty valves can be avoided,which can ensure safe and stable operation of equipment.
