摘  要:以偏铝酸钠为铝源,硅溶胶为硅源,并添加部分导向剂制备出丝光沸石分子筛。通过XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD等表征手段,表明这种制备方法形成的丝光沸石,能够在空间结构上形成纳米棒状的阵列排布。这种合成方式提高了分子筛的比表面积和孔径比,有明显的介孔产生。同时考察了该分子筛在负载一定量Pt的条件下,对于正十二烷在临氢条件下的异构化反应。结果表明,正十二烷的转化率为95.21%,异构烷烃收率为64.27%。Mordenite sieve synthesis based on partial sodium aluminate source of aluminum,silica sol as the silica source,and add some agents. Through the characterization methods such as XRD,SEM,NH3-TPD,showed that the preparation method of mordenite,can form nano rod on the spatial structure of array configuration. The synthetic method improves the ratio surface area,pore diameter ratio of molecular sieve and form obvious mesoporous. The molecular sieve's catalytic hydroisomerization performance of Pt loading was evaluated with n-dodecane as a reactant. The result shows that the dodecanoic conversion rate can be 95. 21% and isomerization alkane yield can be 64. 27%.
