摘 要:目的:探讨8种保湿剂对改善皮肤干燥和皮肤屏障受损引起的皮肤疾病的效果。方法:通过测定与水结合的能力,对8种保湿剂进行吸湿以及保湿能力的测试。结果:相对湿度较高环境下8种保湿剂的吸湿性能高于相对湿度较低的环境,吸湿性好的保湿剂其保湿性不一定好。结论:在选择合适的保湿剂用于改善皮肤干燥和皮肤屏障受损引起的皮肤疾病问题时,需要同时考虑保湿剂的吸湿和保湿性能。Objective: To investigate the effect of eight moisturizers on the improvement of skin dryness and skin disease caused by damaged skin barrier. Methods: The moisture absorption and moisturizing property of eight moisturizers were determined by measuring their ability to bind to water. Results: The moisture absorption performance of the eight moisturizers is higher in the higher relative humidity than the lower relative humidity. The moisture retention performance of the moisturizing agent with good hygroscopicity is not necessarily good. Conclusion: The moisture absorption and moisturizing properties of the moisturizer should be carefully considered when selecting the suitable moisturizer for improving skin diseases caused by skin dryness and skin barrier damage.
