摘　　要：以局部回火的30CrMnSiNi2A超高强度钢制零件为对象,参照现行的铅浴回火工艺的相关技术要求,对感应加热热处理的设备、工艺等进行研究,获得符合生产要求的感应加热局部回火工艺。This paper researches on equipment, process of induction heat treatment by taking component made of the partial tempered 30CrMnSiNi2 A extra-high strength steel as an object and referring to the relevant technical requirement of current tempering in lead bath process so as to obtain the induction heat treatment partial tempering process in conforrnity with the production requirement.
