摘  要:碾压混凝土简称RCC,是一种坍落度为零的超干硬性混凝土。运输和铺筑设备与土石坝施工设备相同,采用分层振动碾压的方式进行施工。碾压混凝土配合比设计是碾压混凝土施工前的一个重要环节及技术保障。以江西洪屏抽水蓄能电站工程下水库土建工程为例,采用当地生产的砂石骨料,根据碾压混凝土配合比设计原则,对该工程碾压混凝土配合比进行设计试验,确定了符合该工程设计及施工要求的混凝土配合比,并成功应用于工程中。Roller compacted concrete is referred to as RCC,which is a super dry hard concrete with a slump of zero.The transportation and paving equipment is the same as the construction equipment of earth rockfill dam,construction with stratified vibration rolling.The mix ratio design of roller compacted concrete is an important link and technical guarantee before the construction of RCC.Taking Jiangxi Hong Ping pumped storage power station project water storehouse engineering as an example,using sand aggregate produced locally,according to the mix design principle of roller compacted concrete,design tests on the mixture ratio of roller compacted concrete in this project were done.Then the obtained mixture ratio met the engineering requirements,and was successfully applied to engineering.
