摘　　要：以安徽省制造业为研究对象,对安徽省制造业创新现状进行整体分析,阐述安徽省制造业所面临的创新投入和创新产出等方面的问题,确定了创新人才缺乏、创新投入不足、自主知识产权缺乏等制约安徽省制造业创新发展的原因。以此为基础,提出建立开放的创新体制、加强创新人才队伍建设、发展创新型产业集群等政策建议。This paper takes manufactuyng industry in Anhui as the research object, it conducts an overall analy-sis on the present situation of manufacturng innovation in Anhui, expounds the problems of innovation input and output confronting the manufacturng industry in Anhui, finds out the reason of the existing problems anmines the developmental restrictions including lack of innovative talents, the weak innovation ability, the lack of independent intellectual property rghts. On the basis of this,some policy suggestions such as establishing anopen innovation system, strengthening the construction of innovative talents, and vigorously developing innova-tive industrial clusters are put forward.
