摘　　要：在介绍地面雷达系统在信息化战争中重要作用的基础上，分析了其在平时和战时面临的侦察、干扰、软杀伤和硬摧毁等现实威胁，对地面雷达系统的电子防御需求进行了有针对性的分析和讨论。提出地面雷达系统电子防御建设，需要从雷达性能协调发展、抗干扰性能提升、战场环境适应能力加强、阵地建设配套、机动力量扩充建设和如何纳入整体防御体系建设等方面进行综合考量，为相关工作的开展提供参考。On the basis of introducing the important role of ground radar system in information warfare, the realistic threats of reconnaissance, interference, soft damage and hard destruction in peacetime and wartime are analyzed. The electronic defense requirement of ground radar system is analyzed and discussed. The electronic defense construction of ground radar system need to be coordinated from radar performance, improving anti-interference performance, enhancing the adaptability of battlefieht environment, building supporting positions, expanding the building of mobile power and how to integrate into the overall defense system construction and other aspects for comprehensive consideration. This paper provides reference for related work.
