摘  要:以酚醛树脂作为碳源,F127(EO_(106)PO_(70)EO_(106))作为模板剂,氯金酸为金源,一步合成了有序介孔碳-纳米金复合催化剂(Au/FDU-15).采用FT-TR,XRD,N2吸附-脱附,ICP,TEM等手段对合成的催化剂进行表征.以分子氧为氧化剂的苯乙烯环氧化反应为探针反应,考察了介孔碳-金复合催化剂焙烧温度、金含量、p H值等制备条件对苯乙烯环氧化反应的影响.A series of Au-mesoporous carbon composite catalysts with Au nanoparticles embedded in channel walls were prepared via a one-pot procedure by using oligomeric phenolic resin as carbon source, F127(EO106PO70EO106) as template, and chlorauric acid as Au precursor. The as-obtained composite catalysts were characterized by means of FT-IR, XRD, nitrogen adsorption-desorption, ICP, and TEM techniques. The effects of calcination temperature, Au content in the catalysts and pH value on the performance of the catalysts in styrene epoxidation were investigated systematically.
