摘　　要：乳内动脉-左前降支是冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)的首选桥血管,乳内动脉的解剖结构及生理功能能明显提高术后桥血管的通畅率。超声作为一种可靠、无创、易操作的检查手段不但能评估术前乳内动脉的情况及术后桥血管通畅性和远端冠状动脉的供血情况,而且可对比手术前后患者体内心肌损伤因子的变化预测心血管事件并发症的发生,以便及时精准对症处理,提高患者的预后。Internal mammary artery graft is the first choice of coronary artery bypass grafting. For the reason of the arterial structure and endocrine function, it has a superior long-term patency rate. Ultrosound makes it possible to evaluate the flow of internal mammary artery and coronary artery before and after surgery. At the same time, changes of some biomarkers may provide prognostic information of cardiovascular events.
