摘　　要：对基于Web Service技术在移动端气象业务系统开发设计中的关键技术进行了研究,介绍了移动端气象业务系统的系统框架和功能设计,实现了移动端气象业务系统。应用效果表明Web Service实现的数据服务无需考虑移动客户端的开发方式,具有良好的异构性,为移动客户端提供了跨平台、跨系统和高可用的数据服务,具有较好的应用效果,提高了气象业务服务能力。This paper studies the key technology of mobile service development and design based on Web Service technology,introduces the system framework and function design of mobile service based on Web Service technology, and finally implements the mobile service based on Web Service technology Meteorological business system. The application results show that the data service implemented by Web Service need not consider the development mode of mobile client and has good heterogeneity, and it can provide mobile client with cross-platform, cross-system and highly available data services, have good application effect, and improve the capabilities of meteorological service.
