摘　　要：习近平民主思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。习近平从理论维度对社会主义民主政治发展规律,即社会主义民主战略地位、民主本质特征和民主建设等理论提出了新认识;从实践维度对社会主义民主政治发展道路,即内生性发展道路、多样性发展道路和中国特色社会主义民主实践道路提出了新论析;从价值维度对社会主义民主政治评价标准,即评判国家政治制度是否民主和评价人民民主权利实现与否提出了新阐释;从制度维度对社会主义民主政治发展保障,即党内民主建设、依法治国以及保障人民当家作主的制度化发展提出了新思考。四个维度的考察,有助于充分揭示习近平民主思想的丰富内涵和独特贡献,为进一步完善和发展新时代中国特色社会主义民主提供了重要的思想指导、理论依据和实践遵循。Xi Jinping＇s Democratic Thought is a vital part of Xi Jinping＇s Socialist Democratic Thought with Chinese Characteristics in the new era.From the theoretical perspective,Xi Jinping proposes new recognition about the law of development of socialist democracy,namely strategic position of socialist democracy,essential characteristics of democracy and democratic construction and other theories.From the practice level,it analyzes the development paths of socialist democracy,including the path of endogenous development,path of diversified development and path of practice of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics.From the value dimension,it clarifies the new insights on the evaluation criteria of socialist democratic politics,namely whether the country＇s political system is democratic and whether the people＇s democratic rights are realized.In terms of system,it comes up with new thoughts on the development guarantee of socialist democracy,which is the construction of inner-Party democracy,the rule of law and the institutionalized development of ensuring that people are masters of the country.By investigating from the four perspectives,it is beneficial for the full revelation of the rich connotation and unique contribution of Xi Jinping＇s democratic thought,which provides important ideological guidance,theoretical basis and practical guidance for further improving and developing the socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
