柔性梳理用针布设计原理探析

摘　　要：为提高梳理效果,减少纤维损伤,介绍被梳理纤维的性质与特点以及握持梳理、自由梳理等相关梳理公式和原理,根据柔性梳理的要求,分析其特点、影响因素及刺辊、锡林、道夫和回转盖板等梳理器材的设计要求。指出:梳理过程中纤维、针布间的相互作用,实现了纤维与杂质分离和纤维的伸直平行,但易造成纤维损伤和梳理过度的矛盾;提出需柔性梳理,即对金属针布齿条、回转盖板弹性针布进行系统设计和配套使用,以提高纤维转移率和梳理效果,减少针布负荷和纤维损伤,实现梳理充分、降低棉结。To improve the carding effect with less damage of fiber,introduction is given to the properties and characteristics of the fiber to be combed and the related carding formula and principle of gripping and free carding.According to the requirements of the flexible carding,analysis is done to the characteristics,influencing factors and the design requirements of the carding equipment such as taker-in roller,cylinder,doffer and rotating flat.It is pointed out that the interaction between the fiber and the clothing in the carding process can realize the separation of fiber from impurity and fiber straightening,possibly arising problems of the fiber damage and the excessive combing.An appeal is made to the flexible carding,that is,design and configuration are required of the system of the MCC wire and the elastic clothing with rotating flat for better fiber transfer rate and carding effect and less load of clothing and fiber damage,so as to achieving full carding and less neps.
