摘  要:为了解决HNY2032-N3型张紧轮轴承结合件灵活性差和运转阻力大,无法进行跑合试车的问题,从轴承润滑作用及跑合试车重要性两方面分析,设计试车机垫块,充分利用张紧轮轴承定位块安装用的螺纹孔及半圆形卡槽,实现定位块与外圈的相对固定,通过连接紧定螺杆,将定位块与张紧轮轴承外圈结合在一起,利用进口试车机摩擦盘的摩擦作用,使张紧轮轴承沟道内的润滑油脂形成均匀油膜,从而提高了张紧轮轴承的灵活性、使用寿命和精度。指出:该张紧轮轴承结合件跑合试车工装结构简单、加工成本低、操作方便,加工效率高,能满足张紧轮轴承结合件试车要求。To solve problems with the bearing joint of tension wheel HNY2032-N3 such as poor flexibility and big running resistance,hindering run-in test.Considering the bearing lubrication and the importance of running-in test,the test block is designed with full use of the thread hole and semicircular groove in the position block of the tension wheel bearing,consequently the positioning block being fixed relative to the outer ring.By connecting the tightening screw,the positioning block is combined with the outer ring of the tension wheel bearing,and the friction effect of the friction disc of the imported test machine is used to make the lubricating oil in the tensioned wheel bearing groove forming a uniform oil film,thus improving the flexibility,service life and precision of the tension wheel bearing.It is pointed out that the tooling of the bearing joint of tension wheel is simple in structure,economy in processing cost,convenient in operation and high in processing efficiency,meeting the test requirements of the bearing joint of tension wheel.
