纺好粘胶纱的技术要点

摘　　要：为解决纺制粘胶纤维时棉结增加、纱疵与重不匀、毛羽等问题,分析国内纺制粘胶纱常用工艺路线、技术规范及生产与市场衔接问题,特别是纺制高品质粘胶纱各工序需注意的技术要点。指出:纺制粘胶纱选用赛络纺、赛络集聚纺技术较为稳妥,纺制高品质粘胶纱应优选粘胶纤维,配备新型设备与精良器材和独特工艺,完善设备的维修保养及操作。In order to solve the problems with viscose fibre spinning such as neps increase,yarn faults,weight unevenness and hairiness,analysis is done to the problems arising in conventional process routes,technical codes,and coordination of production with market in viscose fiber spinning at home,especially the technical essentials in each processes highlighted in spinning high quality viscose yarn.It is pointed out that the techniques of siro spinning and siro-compact spinning should be used in spinning viscose yarn,viscose fiber should be first priority when spinning of high quality viscose yarn,select new equipments,superior accessories,and unique processes,and improve the equipments maintenance and operation.
