摘　　要：为了更深入地研究妊娠期高血压疾病术中保温的临床意义,从生理学体温热调节和低体温对妊娠期高血压疾病的影响及术中预防低体温措施的相关进展进行综述,旨在更好地预防妊娠期高血压疾病术中低体温的发生率,减少术后并发症的发生。In order to further study the clinical significance of heat preservation in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy（HDCP）maternal surgery,this article summarized the effects of physiology thermoregulation and hypothermia on HDCP puerpera and intraoperative prophylaxis of hypothermia,aiming at better preventing the incidence of hypothermia in HDCP puerpera and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.
