摘　　要：以理论与宣钢的实际相结合,探讨了大型钢铁企业精干主体、分离辅助与发展非钢产业的具体做法。Based on the practice combined with theory it is discussed how to make main body quintessential, separate auxiliary body and develop other businesses besides iron and steel for a large iron and steel complex withXuanhua Iron and Steel Company as an example.
