摘 要:针对空间太阳能电站应用微波源,介绍了两种大功率真空电子器件磁控管和正交场放大管的基本工作原理,当前国内外两种器件所达到的效率和功率容量特性。从太阳能电站应用角度出发,对两种电真空器件潜在的效率、寿命及可靠性进行了对比和研究,根据两种器件的自身特性,面向高功率合成提出了技术方案和建议。研究结果表明,从寿命、效率和功率合成角度来看,采用正交场放大管作为太阳能电站微波源更为适宜,对太阳能电站系统方案选择与设计具有一定参考价值。Aimed at the nficrowave source current existing for solar power satellites,this paper introduces the working principle of magnetron and crossed-field amplifiers, and their current reached efficiency and characteristics of power level at both domestic and abroad. From the perspective of solar power satellite applications, the potential efficiency, life and relia- bility of these two devices were compared and studied, and the technical solutions and recommendations on high power syn- thesizing are proposed based on the characteristics of the two devices. According to the results of device life, efficiency and power synthesis, it is more suitable to choose crossed-field amplifiers as microwave power source for solar power satellites, which has certain reference value for the selection and design of solar power system.
