波导R型开关射频转子的设计方法

摘　　要：根据波导R型开关的工作原理,介绍了波导R型开关射频转子的设计方法。通过对1/4波长阻抗变换器以及非工作状态通道本征模的研究,将该理论应用于波导开关转子设计当中。该方法可有效满足对波导开关低插损、低驻波以及高隔离度的性能需求。通过相关理论计算给出了各微波参数的控制方法,结合HFSS仿真软件并通过优化最终得到理想的波导R型微波开关,实测与仿真结果一致性好。According to the principle of R-type switch, this paper introduces a method of radio-frequency rotation shaft of Ku-band waveguide switch. Through the study of the 1/4 wavelength impedance converter, the theory is applied to the design of the rotation shaft of the waveguide switch. This method can effective satisfy- the low insertion loss, low return loss, high isolation of waveguide switch. The method of controlling every microwave parameter is described with essential theory. A per- fect waveguide switch of R-Upe is simulated with the software of HFSS. And the test result is in consistence with simulation.
