摘 要:浮游病毒作为水体微生物群落活性最高的成分,对水环境甚至整个生态系统都有极其重要的影响。本文利用荧光显微技术检测了运城盐湖中部两个局部区域浮游病毒的丰度,并分析了其与水体中磷、浮游细菌、氮、叶绿素a含量等环境因子的关系。结果发现,在2015年9月15日到2015年11月15日试验期间,浮游病毒丰度范围是31-100个/mL,1号水域10月15日浮游病毒丰度最高值,表明浮游病毒与温度有一定的相关性,并有一定的季节性。当单一环境因子细菌含量达到0.33×103个/mL、而P、N以及叶绿素a含量分别达到11.1353 mg/mL、25.9962 mg/mL以及7.42×10-2mg/mL、盐度达到21.1%或者p H达到8.16,浮游病毒丰度达到最高值,表明单一的环境因子尽管不能直接影响浮游病毒的丰度,但却可以通过影响浮游细菌的分布间接影响浮游病毒丰度。本文的研究结果为明确浮游病毒在盐湖特殊生态系统中的功能与定位奠定了基础。As highest activity composition in water microbial community, planktonic viruses has important influence on water environment and whole ecosystem. Planktonic viruses abundance of the two local area of Yuncheng Salt Lake were analyzed and detected by fluorescence microscopy, and the relationship between Planktonic viruses abundance and bacteria, chlorophyll a, phosphorus, nitrogen and other environmental factors were studied too. The results showed that during the September 15, 2015 to November 15, 2015, the abundance range of planktonic viruses was 31 /ml - 100/ml, and on October 15th, Planktonic virus abundance in number one water area is the highest. It indicated that planktonic viruses is related with temperature, it also has seasonality. When the bacterial content of single environmental factor reached 0.33 × 10^3/ml, and P, N and content of chlorophyll a respectively reached 11. 1353 mg/ml, 25. 9962 mg/ml and 7.42 × 10^-2mg/ml, salinity reached 21.1% or pH reached 8.16, the abundance of planktonic viruses reached the highest value. This showed that although the single environmental factors can not affect the abundance of planktonic virus directly, it can affect the abundance of planktonic viruses indirectly by influencing the distribution of planktonic bacteria. The research laid a foundation for defining the function and orientation of the floating virus in the ecosystem of Saline Lake.
