摘 要:以砂中洗出泥土和自制聚醚型聚羧酸减水剂为研究对象,通过XRF、XRD、SEM、IR、BET等分析技术测试泥土吸附聚羧酸减水剂前后物化结构变化特征,探讨了西北区域砂料所含泥土对聚羧酸减水剂的作用机理。结果表明:西北区域砂中所含泥土中黏性矿物含量较低,泥土中大部分空隙被碳酸盐填充,其对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附行为主要发生在泥土片状结构的边棱上;在碱性水溶液环境中,泥土矿物本身富含的钙、镁、铁等金属离子与聚羧酸减水剂结构中的-COOH、-OH等活性阴离子官能团缔合,从而形成了泥土对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附,金属离子起到了桥梁作用;泥土具有吸水溶胀性,泥土对聚羧酸减水剂和水的吸附能力强于水泥,导致作用于水泥的水和聚羧酸减水剂减少,从而降低了聚羧酸减水剂对水泥的分散性。Taking clay washed out from sand and self-made polyether polycarboxylate superplasticizer as the research object,by XRF,XRD,SEM,IR,BET etc. Technical analysis test clay structure change before and after adsorption polycarboxylate superplasticizer, discusses mechanism of clay in sand aggregate to polycarboxylate superplasticizerin northwest china. The results show that clayey soils content in sandy clay is low in northwest China,most of the voids in the clay are filled with carbonates. The adsorption behavior mainly occurs on the edge of the flake structure of clay; in alkaline aqueous solution environment,the calcium ions,magnesium ions and iron ions,which are rich in the clay minerals,are associated with the active anion groups such as-COOH and-OH in the polycarboxylate superplasticizer structure,thus,the adsorption of clay on polycarboxylate superplasticizer is formed,metal ions play a bridge role; the clay has water absorption and swelling property,the adsorption capacity of clay to polycarboxylate superplasticizer and water is stronger than that of cement,this leads to the reduction of water and polycarboxylate superplasticizer acting on cement, thus reducing the dispersion of polycarboxylate superplasticizer to cement.
