阴离子交换树脂对水泥砂浆氯离子扩散和力学性能的影响

摘  要:对强碱性阴离子交换树脂进行活化处理,与硅灰、粉煤灰混合球磨后,掺入到砂浆中,得到水泥砂浆试样,测试试样的力学性能及抗氯离子扩散性能。结果表明,强碱性阴离子交换树脂的掺入可提高砂浆抗压强度,3%掺量下抗压强度提高约27%。随着掺量继续增加,9%掺量下提高到35%,但相比3%增益效果不明显。掺量过多则会导致抗压强度的下降,12%掺量下抗压强度降低近10%。基于掺量变化和浸泡时间分析阻滞氯离子扩散的最佳掺量,结论表明掺量为3%的砂浆试件抗氯离子性能最佳。The strongly basic anion exchange resin was carried out activating treatment. After mixing and grinding with silica ash and coal ash,the resin was mixed into mortar and the cement mortar sample was obtained,and then the sample 's mechanical property and diffusion ability of anti-chloride ion were tested. The results show that the incorporation of strongly basic anion exchange resin can increase the compressive strength of the mortar,and the compressive strength of the mortar increases by about 27% at a 3% addition amount. As the dosage continues to increase,the amount of 9% increases to 35%,but the gain effect is not significant compared to the amount of 3%. Excessive blending results in a decrease in compressive strength,and compressive strength decreases by nearly 10% at a 12% addition amount.Based on the change of content and soaking time,the optimal content of chlorine ion diffusion retardation was analyzed. The conclusion is that the mortar with 3% content has the best performance against chloride ion.
