摘 要:以蓖麻油和无水甲醇为原料,氢氧化钾为催化剂,采用酯交换反应制备了蓖麻油酸甲酯(MR)。采用正交设计试验考察了温度、时间、醇油摩尔比、添加剂用量对产物收率和40℃运动粘度的影响。优化条件下的产物收率为96.7%,40℃运动粘度为15.7 mm2/s,蓖麻油酸甲酯含量为84.1%。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、质谱仪及核磁共振仪对反应物进行了结构表征。Methyl ricinoleate( MR) was synthesized from castor oil and methanol with potassium hydroxide as catalysts by a transesterification reaction. The effects of the methanol/castor oil mole ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage on the product yield and 40 ℃ kinematic viscosity were investigated. The transesterification of castor oil and methanol was optimized by using the orthogonal design experiments. Under optimum reaction conditions,the yield of product reached 96. 7%,of which 40 ℃ kinematic viscosity was 15. 7 mm2/s,and the MR content reached84. 1%. The product was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,mass spectroscopy,1 H and13 C nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum.
