摘  要:采用芬顿试剂处理制革废水,考查了p H值、Fe2+与H2O2的比例、双氧水投加量、反应时间对处理效果的影响。废水COD为700 mg/L,取样量为100 m L时,芬顿反应最佳条件为,调废水p H为3,选定Fe2+与H2O的摩尔比为0.6∶1,硫酸亚铁的投加量为1.75 g,过氧化氢的最佳投加量为1.12 m L,反应0.75 h,COD降至350 mg/L以下。平行实验证明,废水芬顿氧化后,COD稳定在300~311 mg/L之间,达到污水处理厂接收标准(COD≤350 mg/L)。Fenton reagent was used to treat tannery wastewater. The effects of p H value,the proportion of Fe2 +and H2 O2,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide and the reaction time on the treatment effect were investigated. When the COD of wastewater was 700 mg/L and the sampling volume was 100 m L,the best reaction condition of Fenton reaction was as follow: p H of wastewater treatment was 3,and the mole ratio of Fe2+to H2 O2 was 0. 6∶1,the dosage was 1. 75 g Fe SO4,adding H2 O2 of 1. 12 m L,and react time was 0. 75 h,COD can be reduced to less than 350 mg/L. Parallel experiments showed that after the wastewater was oxidized by Fenton,the COD was stabilized between 300 and 311 mg/L,and reached the wastewater treatment plant acceptance standard( COD ≤ 350 mg/L).
