摘  要:分别选取铁尾矿砂和石英砂为骨料,配制成不同浆骨比超细水泥灌浆料。以浆体对骨料的填充包裹理论为计算依据,采用R/S流变仪分析了骨料品种及浆骨比对灌浆料粘度、触变性及其经时变化方面流变性能的影响。结果表明:随着富余系数的增大,两种骨料配制的灌浆料均表现出粘度及触变性降低,变化幅度逐渐减小的趋势。当铁尾矿砂富余系数达到1.6,石英砂灌浆料富余系数达到1.8时,粘度和触变性变化率明显减小,曲线出现拐点;富余系数达到2.0时,粘度和触变性趋于稳定;相同富余系数的铁尾矿砂灌浆料和石英砂灌浆料对比,两者的流变特性较为接近;20 min经时流变特性,石英砂灌浆料略优于铁尾矿砂灌浆料。二者流变性能较为接近,用铁尾矿砂替代石英砂配制灌浆料对浆体的流变性能不会产生明显不良影响。Different slurry-to-aggregate minute cement groutings was prepared by using iron tailing sand and quarte sand as aggregate in the tests. Slurry-to-aggregate ratios were obtained based on the gap filling theory. Rheological properties,thixotropy and time-dependent behaviors of minute cement groutings were analyzed by using R/S rheometer. The results show that,with the increasing of surplus coefficient,the viscosity and thixotropy with two kinds of aggregates were both decreased. When the surplus coefficient of iron tailing sand is 1. 6,the surplus coefficient of quartz sand is 1. 8,the changing ratio of viscosity and thixotropic are obviously decreased. When the surplus coefficient is 2. 0,the viscosity and thixotropy of grouting tend to be stable; when two kinds of grouting materials choose the same surplus coefficient,they have the little difference of rheological behaviors; the rheological behaviors of quartz sand was a little bit higher than iron tailing sand after 20 min's test. The rheological properties of the two grouting materials had relatively close,so the grouting material prepared by replacing quartz sand with iron tailing sand had no obvious adverse effect on the rheological properties.
