摘 要:为延长澳斯麦特炉炉衬用耐火材料的服役寿命,对其所用镁铬和铝铬质耐火材料的主要损毁机理进行了分析。通过对现役镁铬和铝铬质砖进行物理化学性能检测,结合热力学模拟,对比了镁铬和铝铬质耐火材料抗热应力破坏,抗Cu/Cu_2S和Fe O/Si O_2渣的渗透侵蚀能力。研究表明:镁铬和铝铬质耐火材料均有较高的常温及高温强度,抗机械冲刷性能良好;镁铬质耐火材料抗Cu/Cu_2S侵蚀性能要优于铝铬系耐火材料,但抗Fe O/Si O_2渣的性能相比较差。铝铬砖可以替代镁铬砖在澳斯麦特炉上应用,并取得良好的使用效果。In order to extend the service life of the refractories used in an Ausmelt furnace lining,the main damage mechanism of the aluminum-chromium and magnesium-chromium refractories was investigated. The physical and chemical properties of the active aluminum-chromium and magnesiumchromium bricks were evaluated. And in combination with thermodynamic simulations,the resistance to thermal stress and the abilities of the two systems to resist erosion due to the Cu/Cu_2 S and Fe O/Si O_2 slags have been compared. The results show that both material systems display high strengths at room temperature and higher temperatures. Both materials also display good resistances to mechanical scouring. Although the magnesium-chromium bricks exhibit better corrosion resistance and permeability of Cu/Cu_2 S,the resistance to the Fe O/Si O_2 slag is relatively poor. The aluminum-chrome bricks can replace the magnesium-chrome bricks in Ausmelt furnaces to yield good results.
