摘 要:以翠玉黄瓜为材料,研究了宁盾对连作地和非连作地黄瓜生长、产量、抗病性和果实品质的影响,以便评估使用宁盾解决黄瓜连作障碍问题的可行性。试验结果表明,宁盾能显著提高连作地黄瓜的产量,且增幅达5.10%;能显著提高非连作地黄瓜果实的维生素C、可溶性糖含量和糖酸比,还能显著提高连作地和非连作地黄瓜果实中的粗蛋白和可溶性固形物含量;显著降低连作地和非连作地黄瓜的霜霉病发病率,非连作地黄瓜果实含水量和可滴定酸含量;对非连作地黄瓜产量,连作地黄瓜果实维生素C、可溶性糖含量以及连作地、非连作地黄瓜株高、茎粗、叶片数和果实粗纤维含量的影响差异不显著。In order to solve the problem of continuous cropping cucumber by using Ningdun microbial fertilizer, the effects of Ningdun on the growth, yield, disease resistance and fruit quality of continuous and noncontinuous cropping Cuiyu cucumber were studied. The results showed that Ningdun could significantly improve the yield of continuous cropping cucumber with the increasing rate of 5.10%, and improve vitamin C content, soluble sugar and sugar-acid ratio in noncontinuous cropping cucumber and contents of crude protein, soluble solid in continuous and noncontinuous cropping cucumber. Ningdun could significantly reduce the incidence of downy mildew of continuous and noncontinuous cropping cucumber, and reduce the water and titratable acid contents of noncontinuous cropping cucumber. Ningdun did not had significantly influences on the yield of noncontinuous cropping cucumber, vitamin C and soluble sugar content in continuous cropping cucumber, plant height, stem diameter, leaf number and the fruit crude fiber content of continuous and noncontinuous cropping cucumber.
