摘 要:介绍了一种基于镀液主盐质量浓度调节的节能系统。该系统利用自动滴定仪对镀液中主盐的质量浓度进行测定,测定值以模拟电压信号形式传送至信号采集模块处理后,发送至单片机控制模块。单片机控制模块进行判断分析,输出相应的信号控制球阀向电镀槽中补充所需的主盐,从而调节镀液中主盐的质量浓度。利用该系统可以对镀液中主盐的质量浓度进行测定与调节,具有一定的节能减排效果。An energy saving system based on adjusting the mass concentration of bath main salt was introduced. The mass concentration of bath main salt was measured using automatic titrator, the measured value was transmitted to the signal acquisition module in the form of analog voltage signal and then sent to single chip microcomputer(SCM) control module after treated. After analysis and judgment, SCM control module output the corresponding signal to control ball valve to supplement the necessary main salt, thus adjusting the mass concentration of bath main salt. This system can realize monitoring and adjusting the mass concentration of bath main salt, and has certain energy saving and emission reduction effect.
