摘 要:以ZSM-5为载体、以硝酸铜和硝酸铈为改性剂,采用浸渍法分别制备了负载型催化剂CuO/ZSM-5和CuO-CeO_2/ZSM-5。将制得的催化剂用于催化湿式氧化法处理含氰电镀废水。考察了不同催化剂对含氰电镀废水处理效果的影响,对催化反应工艺条件进行了优化,同时对不同催化剂的重复使用性能进行了研究。结果表明:不加任何催化剂时CN-的去除率较低,催化剂的使用显著提高了CN-的去除率。其中CuO-CeO_2/ZSM-5的效果比CuO/ZSM-5的效果好。The supported catalysts CuO/ZSM -5 and CuO CeO2/ZSM- 5 were prepared by impregnation method using ZSM- 5 as support, copper nitrate and cerium nitrate as modifier. The prepared catalyst was used in treatment of cyanide containing electroplating wastewater by catalytic wet air oxidation, and the influences of different catalysts on treatment effect of cyanide containing electroplating wastewater were investigated. The process conditions of catalytic reaction were optimized, and the reusability of different catalysts was investigated. Results showed that removal rate of CN was low with no catalyst, and the removal rate of CN was significantly increased by using the catalyst. The effect of CuO CeO2/ZSM- 5 was better than that of CuO/ZSM- 5.
