摘 要:为评价2,4-滴对环境的影响,采用电导法和滴定法测定2,4-滴在水中的解离常数。在25℃条件下,电导法测得2,4-滴的pK_a为3.80,滴定法测得2,4-滴的pK_a为3.70。滴定法和电导法2种方法均适用于2,4-滴解离常数的测定。To provide a basis for evaluating the impact of 2,4-D on the environment, the dissociation constant of 2,4-D was detected by condustometric method and titration method at 25℃. The results showed that the pK, value of 2,4-D was 3.80 by condustometric method, and the pK, value was 3.70 by titration method. The condustometric method and titration method were both suitable for determination of the dissociation constant of 2,4-D.
