摘　　要：目前电网对建设项目的计划审核存在工作依据不明确,各专项数据规范不统一,审核资源浪费、效率低下,审核分析方式不科学、局限性大等诸多问题。为更好地适应新一轮电力体制改革,解决计划审核混乱、低效等问题,提出计划审核优化的对策建议。At present,there are many problems in the plan review of construction projects such as power grids,which are not clearly defined and perfected,the specifications of each special data are not uniform,waste of resources is reviewed,efficiency is low,and methods for audit analysis are unscientific and limited.In order to better adapt to the new round of power system reforms,solve the problems of planning review and inefficiency,and put forward plans and audits to optimize the countermeasures and suggestions.
